To keep our prices as low as possible, we will not issue a credit for shipping. The cost of shipping, both receiving and returning the item is the customer’s responsibility.

Taxes

All shipments being made to Connecticut will be taxed. Items shipped outside of Connecticut are exempt from retail tax. Many states, however, are asking you to declare these retail purchases on your personal taxes forms.


Flat Shipping Rate

My Beauty has a flat shipping rate of $6, regardless of your purchase total. Packages that are marked for next day or second day service will be charged the rate indicated by UPS.com. This exact rate will be on your invoice before you confirm your order.

Shipping Timeline

Most items are shipped UPS ground and will be delivered within 3 to 5 business days of your order. Please keep in mind that orders made after 3 pm EST, on a holiday, or weekend, will not be processed until the following business day.

Promotions

My Beauty often promotes single items to thousands of our customers. If we run out of quantity, and the website does not reflect that the item is backordered, the item will be labeled as such on the invoice (B/O). We will notify you within 48 hours via email of this updated status. If we are unable to replenish our stock within 5 business days, a credit will be issued. Customers also have the right to request a credit on backordered items if they do not wish to wait.

Claims & Shortages

If your order indicates a backorder (B/O), we will try to get this item to you as soon as possible. Many times we receive calls from people who think they have been short shipped, when in fact the item is on back order.


If your paperwork indicates an item was shipped, and it was not in your box, give us a call.

Most items are shipped via UPS. If you receive a box that looks visibly damaged, do not sign for it. Examine the contents to see if any items are damaged. If you sign a UPS, Fed Ex or Truck receipt without noting damage or missing cartons, no claim will be issued to you. There is no doubt that shipments get lost or damaged, but we cannot help you if you sign for the shipment without noting damage.

Cancellations

Customers may cancel an order and receive their full refund, including shipping, if the package has not yet been shipped. If you would like to cancel your order, we suggest you call 203-438-4023 to communicate this desire. If you cancel your order after your package has been shipped, your transaction now falls under the Return and Refund policy.
