Step By Step: Spiral Made Easy

By: Kristi

Welcome to the new day of waves. The creators of hair tools are having a blast finding ways to put a new twist on waves. The top product for future waves is The Rod by HAI Elite. With this iron, you can achieve a very unique look. The average girl only knows how to do the simple winding around the common curling iron. This is a basic trend that everyone on the street has. But you bbf sweethearts get the new and improved waves. I know…you love me!

Well, let me tell you how it goes:

1. Shampoo and condition with the products I picked out for you in your “MyEssentials”.

2. Blow dry, if you have curly frizzy hair, you may want to round brush the hair dry using Kiehl’s leave-in with panthenol and coconut. This will help to eliminate the frizz and leave your finished look sleek and shiny. Everyone else, blow dry using your fingers or a large-toothed comb if you have tangles. Drying the hair too straight will cause you to use more heat to set the wave. More heat - more damage, and I just won’t have that.

3. Spray the hair with your fave hair spray - I love the Redken #18. This will help to set the curls. Be cautious not to use too much or your hair will stick to the iron and all you will end up with is a mess.

4. Section the hair as usual when you are curling.

5. Being careful not to burn your fingers (practice with a cold iron first to perfect it or wear leather gloves), wind hair around in one direction and then release hair from iron.

6. Move on to another section and wind in the opposite direction. Release the hair from the iron.

Continue until your entire head is waved.

Using the shine serum that is right for you, finger-comb your hair separating the luxurious waves you have just created.

Spray again with holding spray to set.

Now it’s time to go out on the town and show off to those average wave-wearers. Don’t be rude. Don’t be stingy. When they admire your look, let them know where to log on to get the most up-to-date creations. And do be fierce!

Hey Natasha! If you have been confronted with the dry dessert heat you want to look for moisturizers that have an oil base. This assures you that the conditioner has a bit more weight to it and will adhere to those dry strands to protect them. Check the essential list for your texture. And also check out Motions CPR treatment. Let me know how it goes
